Unraveling, 2025 — watercolor portrait of psychological rupture and fragile resilience.

Artist Statement:

Unraveling captures a moment of emotional tension and collapse. Expressive brushwork and a muted palette give form to the unraveling of inner order, the shattering of illusions that cannot be pieced back together. It embodies fragility — threads breaking beyond repair — yet also resilience: the presence that remains, raw and unadorned, in the wake of betrayal and loss. This work belongs to The Body Remembers series, where psychological ruptures are rendered visible and the labor of survival becomes its own quiet testimony.
